Onur Süt’s production adventure began many years ago. We are talking about a time of nearly 50 years, it is easy to say… Our grandfather Ferit Gündoğdu’s start to process milk in a small dairy was a turning point in our lives. Because the foundations of Onur Süt were laid. 500 kg in the 70s. Collecting milk, processing it, turning it into cheese and putting it on sale is not something to be underestimated under the conditions of that period. Now this figure has reached 600 tons with the milk we collected from 9 different cities. With the experience passed on to the 3rd generation by our grandfather Ferit Gündoğdu and his positive outlook on life, Onur Süt’s flavor formula still has his legacy. If you work sincerely, you will be blessed with success… As a result of the unity of the concept of family and the combination of 50 years of experience with new generation technologies, Onur Süt is among the leading cheese producers of Turkey at the current point and is in the list of the second 500 industrial enterprises of the ISO in 2020.

We are known not only in Turkey but also in the world with our Onur, Onsüt, FG/Ferit Gün, Paşaköy Farm and Onur Bi’lokma brands. In addition to these brands on the market shelves, we also carry out private label productions for many chain stores. The formula and taste of the cheeses produced with the most natural milks of the Aegean and Marmara regions have remained unchanged for half a century, and we meet with consumers at our more than 30 thousand sales points in Turkey and around the world.

The work of our OnSüt Farm continues rapidly. With a capacity of 10,000 animals and a daily milk production of 90 tons, Onsüt Farm will become the largest farm in the Marmara Region when it is completed. We are preparing the most advanced production technology in our factory, which is an investment that will add value to Turkey. This factory, where many products such as UHT, milk powder, whey powder, will be produced, will become one of the leading facilities in the region. With our 10 Dairy Farms and our new fully automated factory investments, we are on the way to become an important actor not only in Turkey but also abroad.

Onur Süt products are exported to 30 countries of the world today. In Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, even in Australia, our cheeses and butter are on the tables, admired and demanded. We are not limited to these, but we are increasing our presence in foreign markets day by day. In addition, OnSüt in the Middle East and African countries that have good relations with Turkey in the short term.
We are taking serious steps towards establishing farms and cheese factories. While proudly waving the Turkish flag there, we also aim to create a strong employment.

Our effort to bring the milk carefully collected from villages and towns to your tables by working finely and laboriously every day… That’s why every product made with milk takes on a different consistency, a different flavor and a different flavor at Onur Süt’s facilities. We take milk from its source and bring it to our factory safely with our steel boiler and cooler vehicles. We control milk at every stage in our laboratory, which is equipped with state-of-the-art devices. We perform physical, chemical and microbiological analyzes. We are checking, researching and striving for the cheese to reach your tables in a worthy way. At Onur Süt, which has ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP and Halal Certificates and BRC Certificates, we attach great importance to food safety as well as taste.

Onur Süt food base, which has an open area of 25,000 m and a closed area of 10,000 m, has a daily milk processing capacity of 600 tons. We deliver 50 tons of cheese to your tables every day with our 500 employees, using the most advanced technology, complying with hygiene and food safety processes at every stage.
